Hi, my name is Wellington. Some days ago, I accidentally deleted a note of mine. I'm not sure exactly when it happened, but I just realized it now because I can't find the undo button to revert the changes. Is there any way I can recover the date when I deleted it, so I can copy the content? I'm asking because there's a lot of information that I don't want to lose. Thanks

if your map is on google drive, you may be able to recover a previous version from drive history (see https://support.google.com/drive/answer/2409045?hl=en-GB&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop)

if your map is on mindmup gold (commercial) storage, click the "history" button in the top right corner to review the map changes and optionally revert to a previous version.

Right, but how do I retrieve, get the old version or get the info I accidentally deleted? Because as soon as I open Mindup, the most recent version, which does not contain the deleted part?
I accessed an old version, but when I downloaded it becomes on a different format. When I  try to open it, the image below appears.
I really appreciate your help!

try renaming the file locally before you upload it so it has a .mup file extension, and then use file -> import to load it.

It worked. I do not know your name, but I really thank you. We need more people with patience and attention like you. Have a good day.
