Can't make a copy of a mind map

I can't make a copy of my midmap.
First time it take lot of time but does not work.

Second time I have the following error message :



Copying failed

What version of MindMup are you using (google drive or mindmup cloud)? Also, does this happen to one particular mindmup or all your maps?

If it doesn't work in both browsers it's likely a problem with map privileges or there might be some content in the map preventing the copy. Try exporting and importing it, this will create a new copy in a different way (File->Download as->MindMup, then File->import).

Is there a way to do this without paying because I go to MindMup very often and paying for a single card would be disturbing.

you should be able to import/export to google drive without paying.

I followed your indications (File-> Download as-> MindMup, then File-> import) but I find myself in front of the following screen that offers me to buy an account:

Importing files requires access to MindMup Gold

Please sign in to your MindMup Gold account, or register for MindMup Gold to proceed.

You're trying to do it on the mindmup cloud site, which requires a gold account for importing. Do it with Google drive and you can import for free. See https://www.mindmup.com/tutorials/google-drive.html
