Hello,

During workdays I have a mindmap at Google Drive open all day, but whenever I return to the drive.mindmup.com-tab (like every 20 minutes) I need to walk through the "MindMup needs your permission to access Google Drive" dialogue. Is there any simple way around that?

I'd like to keep the MindMap at Google, not move it to the MindMup cloud. And not make the file totally public. Like adjusting the file permissions to give MindMup longer autentication tokens?

Thanks,
Jens

Hi,

It seems as something is signing you out of Google every 20 minutes or
so, that e-mail should pop up when a page gets disconnected from
Google Drive.

If you're using this on a personal account, the problem is likely due
to a third-party browser extension (check out
https://www.mindmup.com/tutorials/problems.html for some ideas how to
fix it).

If this is on a work account, check with your admins if they have any
particular security policies that would expire authentication tokens
every 20 minutes.

The permissions are controlled by Google, not us, so there's not much
we can do in this case.
