Can't open .mup file

Hi, i made a mind map with the free service, but the file was too big to save, so eventually i chose export to .mup file and saved it on my computer.
I then closed mindmup, so i didn't publish yet. Now i want to finish my mindmap but there is no way to open the .mup file. I go to the mindmup site,
choose get started and import..., Then i immediately get the request to update to mindmup gold.. How do i gain access to my .mup file?

Hi,

if you have a Google Drive account, you can import the file there and load it in MindMup for Google Drive without having to pay for Gold. Imports to MindMup cloud storage are limited to Gold users only. Here is how to use MindMup with Google Drive https://www.mindmup.com/tutorials/google-drive.html
