saving from free to google drive

HI

 i created a 'free map' today. i did not know you could open in google drive and save there.so i have a map that i want to save to my google drive but have no idea how to? i did download the mindmup app to my google drive and it is there but blank. i would like ton take the map i created and save there but no luck doing it. i did save as a mindmup, but then had to select a program to save it in--google drive not an option. i saved as a word document--and now it is greek in the word document. please help. 

this program is great i just wish i would have created the amp in google drive now. 

if anyone can assist me with taking the map and getting to my google drive--- i would be grateful. 

i have no published my current map--do i need to do that?

Hi,

If I understand correctly what you want to achieve, you have a free map saved to MindMup Cloud and you'd like to transfer it to Google Drive? If you already uploaded a .mup file to your Google Drive, you should just be able to install the MindMup 2 app into your Drive, and then right-click the .mup file, choose Open With, then select MindMup 2. This page will guide you through installing the MindMup 2 app into your Drive: https://www.mindmup.com/tutorials/google-drive.html

If you've not yet uploaded a .mup file to your Google Drive, then open the current map, select File->Download as->MindMup, then download that file, and send it to your Google Drive.
