Currently, there is no official announcement regarding the renewal or cancellation of Black Summoner Season 2. However, considering the popularity and success of the first season, there is a high chance that the anime will get a green light for another season. The first season covered the first five volumes of the light novel series, which has 18 volumes as of April 2023. This means there is enough source material for a second season and possibly more.
If we assume that Black Summoner Season 2 will follow a similar production schedule as the first season, which took about a year to complete, then we can expect the second season to premiere sometime in 2024. Of course, this is just speculation and we will have to wait for an official confirmation from the studio or the publisher.

This is where the fun part starts. Black Summoner has some really really good characters. Kelvin is one of my favorite characters from this season. He is such a chad, confessing the moment he fancied a girl and asking her to accompany him. He also really loves to fight as I previously mentioned. His party is full of some really good characters from Melphina to Gerard, all of them are really likable. Even characters who only appear for a few episodes like Victor are really well done.
In this season, you can expect Kelvin to showcase his skills as a Summoner and demonstrate the full extent of his powers. The battles he engages in will test not only his abilities but also his resolve. As he confronts powerful adversaries and navigates through dangerous situations, Kelvin will evolve as a fighter and an individual.

After all, with less competition more Crunchyroll-only subscribers are likely to give time to anime series that would otherwise be lost in the seasonal shuffle.
Still, the anime was really a PG adaptation since there should have been blood flying. The funny part is that the anime avoided showing blood yet Sera has skills like Bloodbending and Blood Dominion. At certain points, she uses black magic to mind-control people, which is how she got the only surviving attacker of the mansion raid to talk after being captured.
