Hello dear friends,

After an eight-year sabbatical, I’m returning to teaching - and I couldn’t be more delighted to announce my new workshop, Feeding Our Roots.

Many of you have been part of my creative journey in one way or another. If you’ve found nourishment in my past programs, or you know someone ready for a time of renewal and reflection, I hope you’ll read on and perhaps share this invitation forward.

Feeding Our Roots:

April 10 -12 Windhorse Studio, Indian Harbour, Nova Scotia

Are you hungry for change? Feeding Our Roots is an immersive weekend for those sensing change on the horizon and wanting to meet it with openness, artistry, and heart. Through intuitive art-making, reflection, and meditation, we’ll explore what needs nourishment, what’s ready to grow, and what’s asking to be released.

In a supportive circle, you’ll reconnect with your creative vitality and authentic expression. No art or meditation experience is needed - only a willingness to meet yourself through the process. You’ll leave with fresh insight, a renewed sense of possibility, and a deeper connection to your own inner wisdom.

The workshop will take place in my spacious, two-story art studio overlooking the sea. For those coming from out of town, several cozy B&B’s are nearby.
