《金融时报》报道，中国国务院总理温家宝的儿子温云松创办的私募基金“新天域资本公司”筹募的外国资本已经接近十亿美元的目标。这个私募基金将投资于中国大陆的企业。
《金融时报》援引接近该基金的人士说，基金现在已经筹募得7亿5千万美元，预料几周内将可以达成十亿美元的目标。
报道介绍，温云松是温家宝的独子，在美国西北大学凯洛格管理学院取得管理学硕士学位后，积极参与中国的投资。
报道说，他在2005年协助成立新天域，并且吸引大规模投资。
《金融时报》说，由于以太子党身份吸引投资在中国是政治避忌，所以这些活动详情一般都被视为国家机密。各方对此都讳莫如深。
报道又说，日本软库、新加坡淡马锡控股公司和德意志银行都是新天域两个美元基金的投资者。
