inbox分了三类，原以为只是把自己收到的广告分到promotion，刚发现原来还是个广告手段

见图，现在的inbox，amazon.cn那条是我注册过发的广告，上面那条salesforce是G投放的广告，标明了ad

我promotion那里一直为空，G就没投递给我了。
