If you have a wall where two blocks are touching only at their corners, beasts will poke their head through that corner and bite you if you're close enough. But, you can also use this fact to kill them or scare them off, without even leaving your shelter.

If you are going to mine for any significant period of time, it may be helpful to carry a crafting table and chest(s) down into the mine with you. That way you can stash some blocks or ores in the chest instead of carrying them around all the time.

Although the whistle is a helpful tool in Survivalcraft, you need to remember that your horses, donkeys, and camels will only come to you if you are within a 30 block range. So it is not a good idea to allow your saddled animals to wander about, thinking you can summon them with a whistle. It is a good idea to keep your animals in a double fence, and keep the whistle just for emergencies, etc. if you fall off of your horse, and it continues to run, you can summon it again. Using the whistle will also make cows and bulls run away.

Using a magnet is a great way to ensure you don't lose home. Simply craft a Magnet, place it close to your home, and carry a compass with you whenever you plan to stray afar. You can also just craft a compass, and It will attract to your last sleep position.

If you do wish or need to use use TNT kegs, you should surely use a remote detonator. Any exploding keg will throw flaming debris as far away as 30 blocks! Unless you have a clear, quick path away from it, you should never light them with a match. Also building a diamond or Iron block shelter can protect you if you're further than 6 blocks away.

That's really what bothers me the most about this genre, with the games I tried, you are chained to your base, so you can't really stray too far because you need to come back there to craft and eat, and re-supply and overall feel safe. So it leaves you with 2 options, either turn this base into a city and cover the entire map or create small bases all over the map - and by that turn the game into an open-world RPG where each base in a small city, you got your craftsman, you can re-stock, you can do small "quests" in that area (specific supply). But overall the progression, especially if you are doing it solo is really crippled - as you will need to maintain it all by yourself. Spend hours searching for everything, and building everything because your friends can't help you.

At the moment I really want play a survival game but I think I already played all the best, I played no man's sky, astroneer, minecraft, terraria, ark ,raft, valheim, rust, Conan exiles, craftopia, subnautica the forest, tried pixark (maybe I forgot some, but these where the best) and now I don't really know what to play. I'm looking for a game that's more based on pve and grinding. Do you have some recommendations what to play? I found empyrion, but it looks like too complex, maybe some similar games like I listed would be nice. Thanks in advance

Parts are crafted in the Parts Factory Building. Depending on the level you will be able to craft parts for one of the sets of vehicle improvement parts that you can apply to your APC's to improve their performance. The basic set is the Trail blazer set for improved gathering. One you upgrade the building you can then also craft other set parts.

You need to produce materials first in the same building or by buying parts chests for diamonds or Energy Fragments. You then combine these materials until you have enough to craft the parts. It will take a lot of low level parts (that you can make) to combine into the highest level gold materials and then craft the gold level parts for this task.

Participants in our Advanced Wilderness Survival day camps learn to shed modern luxuries and value survival skills by trailing animals, foraging for food, purifying water, making fire and herbal medicines, crafting stone tools, and more while keeping one another safe. Once this bolt from above had hit, the next step was to design a hard box using the last amount of materials possible whilst still using up all the bloody basalt cluttering up the chests in my four ** deep mines. If each construction could use a full stack of 40 I could have around 20 shelters and some seriously empty chests ?

Growing trees in Minecraft Pocket Edition is as simple as plopping down a few seedlings and coming back after a few night/day cycles (or tossing some bonemeal about, of course) to harvest all the lovely wood for the endless number of bloody sticks you will need.

i disagree with almost everything he said, some of his additions are a good idea, like more weird creatures and animals, but some of the other stuff is weird
I say the game needs some more of Minecraft, like mine carts, villagers, online multiplayer server based, creepy hidden things, like some weird AI (It would keep people playing if only for the purpose of finding them), hidden worlds (like a kingdom if you travel long enough), weird locations (like using seed 666 in Minecraft). So, just in general, more secrets.

Ok, Survivalcraft should be more difficult than MC but i think Is about time to implement a true difficulty settings in SC, and of course some stuff should be balanced properly.
And no, Cruel mode Is not a soluzion for this, i world way prefer an Hard Mode than a Cruel Mode!

Yeah, the long essay the guy wrote to you Kaalus was really something and he had many great ideas. The different types of food and the NPC person that you could receive at the beginning of the game really are interesting, and would be really nice to have in the game. However, I think there needs to a basic line of what needs to be on by default in the game and what needs to be configurable by the user. Some users may want the NPC and some may not in certain circumstances. I really think the survival aspect does need to be more configurable but yet still challenging and random. Anyways, that is up to you to decide. BTW I am really enjoying the new update. :)

Tbh i would love companions in survivalcraft. I love games that have companions especially if theyre animals. Thats why i love Far cry primal, 5 and new dawn. They have animal companions that helped you. But if you do add them dont make them like MC Companions pls. Where their only purpose is to defend or attack only on ur command. Only reason i hate minecraft pets

Hi, Kaalus, as i think he is right that current version of survivalcraft 2 is too hazardous. At first every terrain type needs some sort of decent food(including terrain consequences as lower food in desert-like terrain and more in humid terrain). Second is that there too much dangerous animals(some rabbitlike animals should be good also female species that produce lower threat by themselves). Also i never seen a tropical forest in that game(needs to be designed as high risk but high reward zone. E.g.: more food, vines, poisonous animals and fruits.). I can suggest apple trees, peach trees, banana trees(rare) on the coast maybe and coconuts as well. Also why animals is always aggressive mostly and never sleep/nap to a chance to sneak past them(or catch them off-guard maybe).

Every towing vessel equipped with an inflatable survival craft must have, in conspicuous places near each inflatable survival craft, approved placards or other posted instructions for launching and inflating inflatable survival craft.

A skiff may be substituted for all or part of the approved survival craft for towing vessels that do not operate more than 3 miles from shore. A skiff used as a survival craft does not require Coast Guard approval but must:

The most important thing about crafting rigs from different quality materials is:If you are unlucky and do not get the best quality outcome and disassamble the rigs later, all materials are reduced to the quality the rig had.For exampleIf the above crafted rig outcome is blue quality. All 3 purple materials will become blue materials when the rig is disassambled.
