Auto Start on Reboot...and run in background?

Two more things would make this program perfect for me.
1) I would love to see an option to have to start automatically upon
reboot (similar to how PodTrapper has a setting).
2) I would also really like it if this app ran "in the background"
without the icon in the open programs. This might be a bit fussy, but
I get uptight about all the icons on that screen. I love how
BerryBuzz and SmartAlerts is installed and always running in the
background but I don't have icons cluttering the open programs menu
(with the icons). I need it to always be on just like the onboard,
built in tasks works.

I find when I do a reboot I don't always think to restart SlickTasks,
which has caused some small kinks for me (not getting a notification
because the app isn't open).

Thank you for your consideration. I love the program already but
these 2 things would make me feel warm and fuzzy. :)
