Hi Suresh,

I googled for his name and post. I came across the following website,
where his phone number is listed: -

I called him up and asked for his keynote address. He gave me his
e-mail address and asked me to send an e-mail. I e-mailed him and he
replied promptly to my first e-mail giving his keynote address.

Then, I send another e-mail, which I am going to post next, but have
not got any reply yet.

You also can contact him and ask similar questions to my next post. I
do not want to give out his e-mail address now because that might put
me in his bad books and we will not be able to get any information.

If he doesn't reply soon then I will send a follow-up e-mail this week
and call him next week.

Dear Dr. Rao,

Thanks again for providing a copy of your keynote address!

I need further information on some part of your keynote address. If you
cannot provide detailed information on some particular topic because of
its sensitive and classified nature, then any information provided,
even "yes" or "no", will be very helpful.

Please provide as much information as possible to help in the process
of raising public awareness about the use of electromagnetic radiation
(EMR) weapons by criminals.

1. Exactly which EMR weapons, officially identified by government, can
target the body parts (acknowledged on page 7)?
Further references to the publications and/or websites to clarify
answers will be very helpful.

2. Is there some evidence that criminals/terrorists have access to the
EMR weapon technology and have used it somewhere? Has any victim filed
a complaint and/or FIR?
If yes, then please give information about relevant case(s) or provide
a pointer to the appropriate law enforcement agency.

3. What are the steps a victim needs to take if he realizes that he is
being attacked by EMR weapons? Specifically, which law enforcement
agency is to be contacted?

4. On page 7, you talk about "controlling the mind" as a means for
"preventing attack by suicide bomber".
Please provide all "unclassified information" for the following
questions in this regard: -
a. Abstract and grant number for the research project, if the
government has started one.

b. Name of scientist and/or laboratory granted the award for above
research project.

c. Can I contact associated information officer/scientist for further
"unclassified" information?
