Setting a bandwidth limit

I’ve got a question about Minarca

I’m currently using urBackup where the backup server is located in my home lab and the client I’m backing up is hosted on the Internet.

What I like about urBackup is I can set the bandwidth limits for set hours and set days of the week so the back doesn’t suck up all the bandwidth in core hours.  More information can been seen section 8.1.13 -> UrBackup - Server administration manual

Does Minarca support the same functionality? To limit bandwidth on the client and server sides?

If yes, can you point me at the docs please.
If no, could this be considered.
