Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue with Minarca-Server. Could you please confirm which version you're currently using?

The error you're encountering isn’t directly caused by Minarca-Server itself. It appears to be related to how the tzlocal library handles mismatches between the detected timezone and your system’s configured timezone. Unfortunately, its behavior in this case isn’t very graceful.

Longtime rdiff-web user (back to the Josh Nisly days!!) and I'm just getting Minarca setup.  It's giving me a timezone mismatch error when starting the server and I'm wondering if there is a config variable that sets the timezone if my server is not using UTC?

Could you try something for me? I upgraded tzlocal to the latest version in this development version:

I'm sorry, I deleted this thread because I'm an idiot.  My /etc/localtime was not set properly. once I did that it worked.
