Can you provide the taxids for each entry in your databases? Although you have the taxonomic listing for each in the .tax files, it's some effort to then look up the NCBI taxids, and according to your paper you start with those to construct the taxonomic lineages.

Yes, I will upload the corresponding taxids for each entry.
How is it more convenient? In the format Entry<tab>TaxId? As the taxonomy?
