M2c_26_03 18S download issue

Hello, 

I am trying to download the latest release of 18S data, however, I have not had success with this. I have received error messages including "This site can’t be reached - people.biopolis.pt took too long to respond." when trying to download from the website, and "failed: Connection timed out." when I used 'wget' followed by the URL on the command line.

Can you offer any advice, or see any issues on your end?
