J2ME Compatible Java Version

Hello Everyone,

I've created a port of the mimeparse Java classes and testcases that
will work on J2ME. In case you don't know, J2ME profiles have never
been updated to receive the syntax features added in Java 1.5. I've
compiled against version 2.6.* of apache.commons.lang, which is Java
1.4 compatible. I've tested against the CDC/Foundation 1.1 profile
and the tests all pass.

If you are interested in having this port added to the Java version
for others like me that need to deploy on J2ME, please let me know
where to submit the files.
