There was a 7 y/o nm in a Miami shelter.  Airedale Terrier rescue was able to spring him for me.

I don't know much about him yet, I have not been able to find out who the breeder is as he was owner surrendered to the shelter.

If anyone in FL is looking for a nm or if anyone is able to drive to Port St Lucie to pick him up and foster him, please contact me ASAP.

Please email me privately at spet...@embarqmail.com

Thank-you,

Hi Sara

How sad, this puppy has been away from his mother for only 5 short
months and already he is unwanted. Even worse, this is the same thing
that happens to way too many kids.

It says a lot about our kinder, gentler society doesn't it? Kids are
now taught that assertiveness and honesty is wrong and learn instead
to be passive aggressive.

This is going to be a BIG year for the Peer Mentor veterans and one
day VERY soon, there will be a group in place that will be good enough
to rehabilitate and train many more dogs than I am already working
with. That is why I have allowed the number of rescue dogs to this
many.

I hope this turns out to be a puppy in need of a little direction
rather than a full blown and hardened criminal. Please keep us
posted.

Hi

I just noticed that you wrote 7 year instead of 7 month. Sadly, that
is much more of an undertaking.

Although this dog is certainly showing his kinder, more reserved side...the person who picked him up says he is sleeping quietly in a crate on the ride home.

It is unknown at this point why he was turned over, for now he is calm.

I will be getting more information about him when they get a chance to read his intake packet. I'm sure they will give me more information about what he is like to live with as well.
