Hi folks, Honestly, this is important because a close friend of mine had a house fire that started due to soot buildup in the chimney/basement collector space. It smoldered for a long time and eventually burned part of their home. That incident really scared me, so now I’m getting my own chimney cleaned regularly.
Michael will be cleaning our air vents and dryer and chimney cleaning soon. He recently did an excellent job at a nearby property—very thorough, punctual, and professional. If you have allergies, notice extra dust, or haven’t cleaned your vents in over a year, it’s probably time. He quoted $400, but with 3–4 houses it’s $149 for a single AC unit home and for chimney cleaning it's $169.
