Try to warm up beforehand.
8:00 - 8:05 SWIM, counting your # of laps
8:05 - 8:06 REST
8:06 - 8:11 PULL, counting your # of laps
8:11 - 8:12 REST
8:12 - 8:16 4 x 50 KICK on 1:00
8:16 - 8:17 REST
8:17 - 8:24 SWIM, counting your # of laps
8:24 - 8:25 REST
8:25 - 8:35 SWIM, counting your # of laps
8:35 - 8:37 REST
8:37 - 8:49 SWIM, counting your # of laps

Now warm down and document your # of laps. If you have more energy,
then you should have been swimming harder. The goal here is MAXIMUM
DISTANCE IN ALLOTTED TIME. Email results to Walt with totals and

Change that to 3 x 50 KICK on 1:20.

What time does masters start on Wednesdays?  Did it change to 7:30pm?

Technically 8 - 9 but a few of us usually get there early to warm up.
