I am going to see if the front desk will let me in for today's class,
I am a community participant and only paid for Wednesday's class.
Either way, here is the workout I came up with!
WARMUP – 4 x 100, alternate100 Kick, 100 Swim
4 x 100, alternate 100 non-free, 100 free
Ladder swim (continuous)
50 pull breathe every 3 strokes
100 swim breathe 3/5/5/3
150 pull breathe every 3
200 swim breathe 3/5/5/3 x 2
250 pull breathe every 3
200 swim breathe 3/5/5/3 x 2
150 pull breathe every 3
100 swim breathe 3/5/5/3
50 pull breathe every 3
200 easy
10 x 50 - sprint down, control back (10 sec rest between 50s)
200 easy
10 x 50 – sprint down, control back (10 sec rest between 50s)
Easy 100
Total=3950
Short course, only do one set of the 200s on the ladder swim,
total=3550
