After a very challenging workout Monday, participants' bodies are
jonesing for a good stretch. I recommend swimming 8 x 200. You can mix
SWIM and PULL. Get in a good tempo and stick that pace; no need to go
too hard.

No swimming next week (Memorial Day and session break). We'll see
everybody in June!
