Swimmers,
Tonight's workout was very intense, but quite worth it. We had a good showing and those present really gave it 100% (kudos). Most completed about 2400 including two D.W.s at the end. A few of us ran treadmills for 20-30 minutes beforehand and that seemed to do the job of warming-up.
Next week will be the same: Monday 7:30p - 9:00p as a full workout; Wednesday 8:00p - 9:00p as a high intensity, tempo workout. There is talk about opening Wednesdays to the 7:30p - 9:00p window, but this is just talk at present.
