Buggs mentioned them in the past.  I think he lives near there.

Lol...that is the least amount of effort I have ever seen someone put into a website. There is just a random "<> HTML" gif floating in the middle of the page.

At least they don't hide their address.

Yeah..

I'm originally FROM Kenosha..

LOVE that place...  lots of OLD IC and components...  a cross between a real electronics store and a 'surplus' store..

nice place to pick up small LED and 1.0 spaced headers for dirt cheap..

Hahaha.., its very 'old school..

run by the same people from when I was a kid,, (stereo euipment and stuff there too..amps)..

but they also have copper clad board for UV...  stencils, decals, vRegulators, caps, resistors..etc....  (better than a radio shack)..

but I wouldnt have any high hopes of NEW stuff.... I doubt they have ever heard of an Arduino or Raspberry PI...etc..

nothing SMD either that I have ever seen!.. still a great place to 'browse' through every once in a while..

I stopped in there today-- it's a bit like American Science and Surplus,
but it's all electronics. Some of the stock is obviously pretty old, but
that's not necessarily a bad thing.

Good selection of tools, heat shrink tubing up to 1.5" dia, good
selection of hardware.

Lots of ICs, but I'm not sure about the odds of finding anything in
particular.

Did you ask about all the loose stock they keep in the dozens of shelves behind the wall where the cash registers sit?  Most times if I can't find it out on the floor if I ask they go in the back and come out with exactly what I'm after.
