Hey all, I’m Lucas, I have a costume project I’m working on that requires a Vaccum formed visor component, and I was wondering if anyone would be able to assist with the making of it. I know the facility on Lenox has one, and I’m able to provide all needed materials, I just need an operator, dimensions, and a timeframe in which to do it.
I’m on a bit of a time crunch for the matter, and need to have it done by end of month to be ready for the event it’s desired for, so if anyone is able to help, payment or not, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi Lucas, sincere apologies for not seeing this until now!  I haven't been watching this group since it was inactive for some time, I didn't actually know it had been remade this summer!

I know it;s been a bit since you posted this, but if you still need to do the vacuum forming I might be able to help.

No Worries! I've just been working on the 'plan B' which was making a DIY machine, and I'm still trying to get the buck printed and ready, but I had already ordered some 18x18x.2 PETG Sheets to use and I don't know if there's any way to get those to fit on the larger machine, or if there are some stowed somewhere I can buy to use, but it would be very welcome if it can be managed, as an actual former would be much better than some jury rigged contraption that's likely to burn the garage down. I've got until the 4th of December to pull it off and do a bit of post process work on it. But if you are available to help, please let me know and I can talk details.
