I'm finally lighting my Dilbert head. I made this more than a few months ago. The steel frame. I've had everything on hand. I just never took the time to finish it. So I'm gonna finish it now. Talking to Marcus the other day we talked about having something outside or something to kind of say this is interesting place as people drive by. So my question is why can't you make something like this and put it on the wall at Norwich. The hallway with a glass windows they seem wet. So you can see it through the window.I can't see how any alderman or anyone can say something about this. They are not hard to make.

I'm not a member. Maybe somebody can post this on the main page. I've made many of these and I hang them on my house which shows what time of the season is. Right now I have my three penguins up.
