Son of MegaMax is working again

I have updated firmware and configuration and was able to get it printing again today.

There is still some tune-up to do, so hold off printing with it for a few more days.

I'll be writing a user manual shortly, and will schedule some group training.

The web control page now displays a rendering of the gcode as the print is running, in case looking at the print itself is too much trouble. Doh!
