Wooden Rummikub Set

Hello Everyone! 

I am looking to make a Rummikub set with two boards and 106 tiles. Was told CNC would be the way to go. I have attached some pictures and measurements of the boards and tiles. The board is bark edged, not sure what type. Would anyone be able to help me out? What other information might I need to provide? Will .svg work for the tile designs?
