Prototyping - EMF blocking Bed Canopy

Hi Milwaukee Makerspace Team,

My name is Sam, and I’m working on a prototype for a sleep canopy product that combines EMF protection with blackout fabric. I’m currently focused on refining the structural supports and could use help with a couple key components.

Specifically, I’m looking to:

• Source or replicate articulating arms (similar to those used in microphone boom stands)
• Design and fabricate a metal baseplate (approx. 4x6”) with a vertical mounting tab that the arms can attach to.

I’m hoping to find someone who can support the next phase of my prototype or point me in the right direction.

I plan on attending tomorrow’s public meeting!
