Looking for someone to build simple art panels

Hi,

I'm a local artist looking for someone to build 3-4 hardboard panels 13 x 84" and glue on some mounting strips on the back side for support and eventual framing.  Reference drawing attached.  

I can deliver the materials, I'm looking to pay someone to build out a relatively simple construction.
