Interesting Difference Spectrum vs AT&T

When I downloaded the Lubuntu 24.04 installation image to install on a
customer's computer the Transmission opened to download the file. That
means my AT&T Fiber Internet connection did not block the BitTorrent
download. When I used the Spectrum connection purchased by someone else
in the household to attempt a BitTorrent download access to the Internet
was blocked.
TORRENTING IS NOT A CRIME!
Downloading unsanctioned copyrighted material is a crime.
