The Milwaukee Ultimate Club proudly presents the 25th Annual Toys for Tots Ultimate Jam to be held Saturday December 7th, 2013 at the Pioneer Bowl in Richfield, WI. The event benefits the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves' Toys for Tots Program which collects and distributes Christmas toys to kids in need. Over the past 24 years the Ultimate Jam has collected thousands of toys and cash worth over $47,000.

There will be ultimate, live music, a live auction, several silent auction sports memorabilia items, food/drink/bowling specials, and tons of fun. The Pioneer Bowl is a kid friendly entertainment center with video games, bowling, pool tables, TV's, a grille, good pizza, and two fields with lights. Bring the family or make it a "grown-ups" night out. Make it an all day gig or just come for your favorite part(s).

 

We are again "organizing" a kids bowling outing from 2:00-4:00. If you have kids bring them out early, get your shoes and be ready to bowl at 2:00. If you'll need the bumpers just let the staff know when you get your lane(s).

The Milwaukee Ultimate Club and Toys for Tots are 501(c)3 charitable organizations so donations to may tax deductable (consult your tax advisor). This is for donations only and does not include items purchased thru the auction.

25th Annual Toys for Tots Ultimate Jam will be held rain, snow, or shine on Saturday December 7th, 2013

What you bring: 
A new, unwrapped toy of $15 value or equal cash donation (no used toys) 
A black shirt and a white shirt to play in (like Spy vs Spy) 
CA$H (or check) for the auction (you can't bid if you can't buy) 
An item for the auction (optional, but it's gotta be cool, man)
A positive party attitude (you'll have fun and LIKE it!)

 

What you get: 
Nice field with lights if needed (courtesy of The Pioneer Bowl) 
Play whenever you want with whoever you want for as long as you want. 
Music: Brother Tom Mac, Dave Henry, and guests (other musicians are welcome to jam).
Live & Silent Auctions: check the MUC website for a current list of items
Loads of fun (all for a good cause)

Ultimate Specials valid from 1:00pm - 8:30pm: 
Open Bowling (1:00pm - 5:00pm): 2 games & shoes  = $7.00

Kid's Bowling (2:00pm - 4:00pm): 2 games & shoes  = $7.00 (bumpers if needed)
Homemade 12" pizza's with UNLIMITED toppings = $10.50

Ultimate Burger (1/3 lb with unlimited toppings) = $6.00
Domestic Beers = $6.50 pitchers / $2.00 pints
Spotted Cow / Sprecher Amber = $8.50 pitchers / $3.00 pints
 
Schedule:
11:30am - Pioneer Bowl opens for lunch and ultimate sign-in.
Noon - 4:15pm - Ultimate under the sun!
2:00 pm - Music starts
4:30 pm - Live auction begins, silent auction winners announced at the conclusion

5:30 pm - More music, ultimate and fun
2:30 am - Pioneer Bowl closes :( 
 
Directions from I-94 / I-894 / US-45 (aka Zoo Interchange):
North on US-45 15-20 minutes to Holy Hill Rd / State Hwy 167 West (not East).
West (left) on Holy Hill Rd about 1/2 mile to State Hwy 175.
North (right) on Hwy 175 about 1/4 mile to Pioneer Bowl on west (left) It's the big white building set back off the road with pine trees at entrance.

There are hotels located 5-10 minutes south of the Pioneer Bowl at the Hwy 167 East/Mequon Rd and Hwy Q/County Line Rd. exits off of Hwy41/45.
