TWALD 2023 three month warning

OK, so I'm off by a few days.

Three months until the 2023 edition of Big Bob's The Weekend After Labor Day! This year it's "The" instead of "Two" due to motel conflicts with various other events in the Driftless. September 8, 9 and 10. Sorry, no demolition derby.

If we're up there early you'll find me and Jennifer at the Old Towne Inn in Westby on Wednesday night.

Thursday night early arrivals are invited to Barb and Bill's for BoscoVinMoto Garage Night.

Friday afternoon Joe and Deb invite everyone to Hidden Acres for charcuterie and soft drinks followed by a ride to Driftless Brewing in Soldier's Grove for the unveiling of the special TWALD beer. Quantities are limited, first come first served.

Saturday we've got two options lined up depending on things that are out of everyone's hands. More on that later.

Gabe is once again working on turning my laughably bad art direction and dumb pencil sketches into an incredible event shirt and sticker. I'm not going to say what it is but if you've ever crashed on Wildcat Mountain holler at me so you can be mocked properly. As has been my habit for the last several years profits from the sale of shirts, stickers and patches (ChiVinMoto patches are still 5 bucks) will go to some charity that is either motorcycle or Driftless related.

There's a whole bunch of summer between now and TWALD, get out there and enjoy yourself so you've got some awesome stories to tell in the parking lot.
