an alternative to the next Cool Cities Team meeting?

Hi Folks,

On the same night that we scheduled our next Team meeting, the City is offering an overview of the upcoming Housing Element. It is part of the General Plan that's used to guide the city's future development. This public forum offers us the opportunity to press for more affordable housing options and TOD. The meeting runs from 7:00pm to 9:00pm on Tuesday, March 11, in the Committee Room at City Hall. Is anyone opposed to a substitution of this meeting for our regular March Team meeting?

BTW, at the first public meeting last night, I found the lead consultant (Janet Smith-Heimer) to be supportive of progressive housing solutions.
