Dear all,

Attached is the Milpitas group scenes workflow doc. Please review it.

Backstage lineups will begin 2 scenes before the actual scenes.

I know some kids might need a bit more time.. but they must join the lineup

as soon as possible at least 1 scene before.  

Deepashree and Lalitha will be our scene managers and Sini will be our costume coordinator.

They will always be with our kids throughout the drama.

I request moms to be in the green room only when their kids need costume changes.
