Calling all graphic novel enthusiasts and David Bowie fans! On September 26th at 6:30pm, the Goethe-Institut Boston will be hosting award winning illustrator and comic book artist Reinhard Kleist (“Johnny Cash: I See A Darkness,” “The Boxer.”) Kleist will be presenting a preview of his second graphic novel about the life of David Bowie, the first of which was published earlier this year.

Calmer Con Boston is New England's first sensory sensitive comics convention! Enjoy workshops, cartoonists, cosplay, and more!

Calmer Con is designed to meet the sensory needs of those with autism, anxiety, and sensory processing concerns while providing fun comic convention activities including vendor and artist tables, brick building, art space, and a Calmer Space for attendees to relax and recharge.
