Are reviewers reviewing the submissions?

The reason that I ask is because I built a live application and the only traffic I see is from people I have direct to the site? Is the review team still on track to announce the down-selected group next week? will those not selected also be notified?

Top 5 is supposed to be released Monday. I'm guessing the reviewers only have time to look at the decks and demos and not actually test everyone's submission.
