Good question. Is there a submission page for the entry or e-mail?
I am assume the video should be hosted on youtube or a similar site.

The final submission form allows you to provide links to your slides (PDF
format, 5 pages) and to your video (5 minutes) on YouTube or Vimeo.

I suppose that you could make reference in your slides or in the video to a
URL to download a full business plan or any other documents that you want to
provide. But I suspect that simply describing the business model/plan at
some point during the 5 minute video is probably sufficient.

I hadn't seen an update on this. Does anyone know if ONC provided a way to upload the Business Plan?

I am not speaking for ONC or for health 2.0 – I am just another contestant.
 
 
It allows for uploading a 5 page slide deck (PDF format) and for a URL pointing to a 5 minute video on youtube or vimeo.
 
You are also able to provide a link to a working version of the app and I suppose that in the comments section you could provide a link to download your full business plan if you want to – but there is no guarantee that the judges will read it. 
 
I personally am just planning to summarize my business plan very briefly in the slides and video.  I might be wrong, but I think that is the idea – in that short 5 minute video you have to not only demonstrate/describe your solution but also make your pitch.

I was under the impression, although I don't know why, that the business plan would only be submitted by the 5 finalists. Although I have seen and done elevator pitches before it seems as though a 5 slide slide deck and a 5 minute video are awfully short to provide all of the information they are asking for.  It would be great to get some official clarification on this especially with a deadline tomorrow.

Hi All -

Apologies for the delayed response to questions on the Google Group but the Developer Challenge team is located in NYC and as many of you know we were hard hit by Hurricane Sandy...

After some deliberation with the ONC team and based on feedback from participating teams we've decided to make the business plan a separate deliverable from the 5-slide overview deck.

So in addition to the overview slides, each team is asked to submit a business and operating plan of NO MORE THAN 5 SLIDES IN PDF FORMAT (same as the overview deck) at the time of the final submission.

We have updated the final submission form to include a slot to upload the plan. The new final submission form can be found here:

As a reminder the submission deadline has been pushed back to 11:59 PM ET, Friday, November 2nd.
