Hello Homeroom Reps!

Please read this email carefully - there are important details about the bottles/cans drive that will be happening next week.

Due to schedule conflict, the turn-in day for your bottles and cans will be changed back to 5/30. We will not be collecting any bottles or cans on May 31! We apologize for any inconvenience and confusion this may cause.

Please prepare to turn in your bottles and cans during brunch on 5/30, but the location is still undecided. Listen to the announcements for updates!

Since we are expecting huge amounts of bottles and cans, we would really appreciate if you could crush the bottles and cans before you turn them in. It would be a good idea to alert your homeroom of this fact, and instruct them to crush and condense anything they put in the bag to the smallest possible size. However, do not rip it apart! They must remain intact. (If you don't have time to do this, then please just bring them all in. :) )

Also, please remember to put your homeroom number and name on whatever is carrying the bottles/cans. The leadership class will be counting the bottles and cans, so you do not need to count them

Thank you very much for your cooperation! Sorry about this long email - please email me if you have any questions.

Hi Homeroom reps!

The location for the bottles/cans has been finalized! Please turn in your bottles/cans in the empty space between Room 12 and the office. The location will also be mentioned on the announcements, so be sure to listen for any clarification!

Please remember that the collection day is tomorrow - 5/30, during brunch, and that the bottles/cans must be turned in with a bag containing your homeroom name and number. Also, it would be great if you could crush them!

Please feel free to email me if you have any questions about the turn-in!

Thanks,
Annie Duan
