We Are Silent Pledge Forms--will receive tomorrow

Hey Homeroom Reps!

 

For those of you who did not receive the We Are Silent Pledge forms, I have put around 10 copies in most of the homeroom teachers' mailboxes today during 4th period. Tomorrow, please ask your homeroom teachers for them and pass them out to people in your homeroom who are interested. If they need more, there are a lot of copies in the office.

 

When handing out the pledge forms, please let your homeroom know that they should support Free the Children in TWO ways: collect donations AND stay silent. They should not just be lazy and stay silent but not collect any donations, because this means they are not truly committed to supporting other children. Also, let your homeroom know that it is the student's responsibility to notify their teachers beforehand if they are participating in this activity. They should wear a post-it or a nametag on May 30th and write "silent" on it.
