2) Tomcat web server and to a lesser extent JEE app server experience
3) API experience / Rest-based services, some SOAP exposure
4) Middleware

6) strong database experience
7) strong systems integration experience
8) experience working with vendors
9) design experience to create reusable and scalable code.
