Specific skills required: Java/J2EE, Angular (version 1.xx), Node.JS, Junit, spring frame works (STS), MS Office suite, XML processing; OOD Design; JDBC, Relational Databases, SQL, Web Services, SOAP, WSDL.
Mid-tier (4-5 years) Software Developer with skills in Java script, AngularJS, Node.JS, Spring MVC, spring boot, Hibernate and HTML for data access.
Full Stack experience (performing requirements elicitation and analysis, designing and programming for front end, mid-tier and back end.
Should be able to work on team designing and building AngularJS directives, filters and services, Bootstrap, Unix & Linux, Subversion, Maven, Jenkins, Sonar, Jira and Agile methodology
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provides intermediate level system analysis, design, development, and implementation of UI applications for WEB based software.
· Performs unit testing and writes appropriate unit test plans to ensure requirements are satisfied. Assists in integration, systems, acceptance, and other related testing as needed.
· Thoroughly understands and applies Navigator development methodology, Architecture standards, including all Information Security policies and procedures.
· Verifies all deliverables meet Methodology and Information Security requirements.
· Translates technical specifications, and/or design models into code for new or enhancement projects (for internal or external clients).
· Develops code that reuses objects, is well structured, includes sufficient comments, and is easy to maintain.
· Writes programs and reports.
· Elevates code into the development, test, and Production environments on schedule. Provides follow up Production support when needed. Submits change control requests and documents.
· Participates in design, code, and test inspections throughout life cycle to identify issues and ensure methodology compliance.
· Participates in systems analysis activities, including system requirements analysis and definition, e.g. prototyping. Participates in other meetings, such as those for use case creation and analysis.
· Writes the system/technical portion of assigned deliverables. Assists technical team members with the system/technical portion of their deliverables, e.g., systems testers with test plans. On small teams, the developer may write these items.
· Ensures developed code is optimized in order to meet Vanguard performance specifications associated with page rendering time by completing page performance tests.
· Develops understanding of client business functions and technology needs. Develops understanding of Vanguard's tools, technologies, and applications/databases, including those that interface with the business areas and other systems

· At least 6+ years of Cisco network engineering experience with some AWS/ Cloud experience
· Design, setup and configure complex Cisco switching and routing solutions with a focus on cloud and on-premise network security including Next-Gen firewalling, IDS, IPS, proxy solutions and application load-balancers.
· Experience with wing to wing automation of tasks from Service catalog, through workflow, scripting to request closure.
· Must have experience with Python scripting or Ansible.
· Experience with AWS VPC – Big plus
· Design, monitor and continuously improve Cloud Foundation access solutions, including AWS networking products, SaaS access and security requirements, supporting cloud framework.
· Design and continuously refine a secure and reliable SD-WAN, including efficient and secure remote access solutions for employees and business partners.
· Maintain detailed requirements and documentation around automation(s) created. Must be able to transition support of to the Ops Pod (TTO).
· Identify opportunities to automate the network infrastructure solutions and system administration including SDN and other automation solutions.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL DESIRED:

6+ years of experience with designing and running data network environment.
Experience in on premise and cloud based network engineering and network security solutions and services with an emphasis on AWS network products.
Experience in private and public cloud designs with an emphasis on transforming secure network engineering solutions in a rapidly growing organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effectively interact with all levels of management from application developers to the CXO.
