Hi Terry,

 

I response to your email to Barb, we did NOT get mail on Fr1. 11/24, Mon. 11/27 or Thur. 11/ 30, I called national USPS Customer Service 12/1 am and lodged a complaint, then stopped in pm and talked to Sylvia Jones at our main P.O.. She said our new postmaster, Cloteal Farmer, is determined to fix things. She can’t seem to keep new drivers, since the UPS contract to deliver some of their packages is slowing things down, and drivers work long days, often with NO days off. Ms. Jones said they are now sending out separate package and regular trucks.

 

I put mail to be picked up in my box Sunday night, and we got two packages (no other mail) Monday about 10 pm, and the driver took the pick-up mail. This morning (Tue.) we had two days mail in our box. I’m willing to give Ms. Farmer a chance, since she inherited a mess, and needs more, and dependable drivers.
