Zombie Catchers is a game set in a post-apocalyptic world where zombies have taken over the earth. Luckily for mankind, A.J. and Bud, two intergalactic businessmen, have decided to help the humans ... and make some money in the process.
You can move Bud (the little green alien) through 2D scenarios where the objective is to capture a certain number of zombies. To capture a zombie, you just hit him with a harpoon. But watch out, because a lot of zombies hide, so you have to use bait to get them to come out.
Once the zombies are captured, Bud and A.J. get the business running by making zombie smoothies. Yes, smoothies. With the proceeds you earn from the sale of these smoothies, you can buy better equipment, adding new weapons, bait, and even a jetpack.
Getting infinite plutonium in Zombie Catchers is not a simple task. To get this material, which lets you unlock resources in the game, you'll have to overcome all the challenges and levels you enter.

Most of the levels are dull and repetitive. Oftentimes, you are on the same map, with the same layout, shooting the same zombies, with the same harpoon gun. You catch zombies and turn them into snacks, nothing more. It is simple, but sometimes the repetition can also be reassuring. I am terrible at the game, but the redundancy helps me focus on what I need to do in order to improve my zombie-catching skills without worrying about more complicated challenges getting thrown my way. A lot of people think having a hobby means you have to be good at it, and honestly, while I am terrible at this game, I still enjoy it. Oftentimes, 99% of the zombies run away before I can catch them, or I accidentally bump into a bird and get knocked out and it is just an entire trainwreck, but it is amusing to laugh at myself.
In terms of game design, the zombies are really cute. The 2D graphics are something a thirteen-year-old kid would draw on the sidelines of their notes, and yet, these doodles are very well thought out. They are just very adorable and small; I do not know how else to describe them.
At the moment, I am only on Level 21 and have unlocked the Swamp and Beach terrain, but I have been eyeballing the locked Chinatown region for a while now. I hope I make it there before it gets too boring. Overall, Zombie Catchers gets a 6.5/10.

While the game provides only hints at A.J.'s background, the animated trailer implies that he hails from a distant and technologically advanced alien civilization, looking for more prone success in gaining profit, which he then finds himself on earth due to unknown circumstances that caused his vehicle to crash into a swamp where Bud was made to repair the ship, where A.J then found himself analysing the area in a swamp and analyses much of it's resources and nutrients showing distaste over compairing it to his homeworld which implements parts of his past, He then stubled upon a His decision to team up with Bud the Robot and embark on the mission to capture zombies is driven by a desire to protect the galaxy from the zombie outbreak, and stumbles on a female hermit who then kicks him due to trying to try her next as a test, A.J then sees a hand reaching from the soil from where a zombie came and attempted to eat him, A.J in self defence then stabbed a Straw into it's cranium as he stuttererly bumped into the hermit girl again who remains unfased, which then the undead creature trips and crashes into a tree which landed on both A.J and the woman, in discuss however, A.J became implemented with the idea over the substance, having a thought of opening a juice stand with zombies as it's providing source, he then calls his assisting robot Bud to require the hunting gear if needed as Both A.J and Bud rush towards the hoard of zombies through the forest.
