Hello Friends! Our next soft cheese making class is scheduled for
Saturday, September 18th from 9-11:30 am in the cheese making room of
Grassfields Farm. I will be teaching how to make mozzarella, ricotta,
cream cheese and butter. If you would like to come email me at
