Hi

Does anyone have a problem with the totalling of certain items on their montly product usage –

I do an end of week 7 day summary to get goods sold and at end of month do a product usage summary from 1 – 30/31.  Most items match, but a couple are way out – they don’t have duplicated or similar codes so any ideas?, Don’t mind going thru figures and adding up but if system can do it and its my error than would rather sort!

Hi,
I have had a look at your data

It would seem that during week23 you adjusted you stock data so Double
Cream moved from item 44 to item 45 This is the cause the problem.

Whilst this should not cause any problems I will have to modify the
system to withstand item number changes.

If you don't move items once defined you won't have any problems.
