Milk 2.2 Update 180128 (beta)

Added a Save button in the the Select Bluetooth Device screen.
So if you have problem go back into this screen and press Save.

Deliveries - Long Click Menu - Print Delivery Note not working - does now!

Remember if you can reliably crash the app please send me your Weekfile saying how you crash it.
DO KEEP REPORTING CRASHES that makes finding bugs a lot easier.
