Milk 2.2 Update 180126 (beta)

Changed the way file streams are stored - this was a big edit!
It does however reduce the random crashes due shortage of memory and when apps are
swapped due the phone calls/SMS messages.

Added reporting of Severe Database Errors (very rare - only 3 or 4 since 2011).
DO KEEP REPORTING CRASHES that makes finding bugs a lot easier.
SORRY FOR THE HASSLE!

Thank you to the few people who could be bothered to try the Beta version - here is a new one - Please Give It a try!
