Hi,
Upto now there has been little difference in that decision - that is about to change!
I would now definitely say PHONE or TABLET with a sim card.
Why? An idea sparked by a new user.
When collecting why not send a Payment Receipt or an You Were Out message by SMS or Email?
When making deliveries requiring a Delivery Note why not send that by SMS or Email with copy back to the dairy?
These features will be coming soon.

I now suggest you get a Phone or Tablet with a Sim card as the system can generate We Called whist you were Out Text Messages and as phone usually come with free texts the cost to you of using this is zero.
