Milk 2.2 Update 180705 Android 4.1+ (on Beta)

Deliveries - Changed the code for "Show Only Deliveries" , "Don't Show Cancels" and "Show Only Changes" in Options menu,
Please ensure you are getting what you expect from these screens! - Is anything not displayed?

BlueTooth Printing - not sending last few characters to printer - does now!

More Fixes - thanks All!.

DO KEEP REPORTING CRASHES (please email and explain how you got there) that makes finding bugs a lot easier.
